Meet Dr. Rotter

Dr. Rotter received his Dental Degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine and his Master’s Degree in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Iowa. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He has limited his practice to Oral Surgery for the past 16 years and has been teaching Oral Surgery and Implant Dentistry since 1993. Dr. Rotter is currently the Associate Dean of Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, a consultant in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to the St. Louis Veteran’s Administration Medical Center, as well as an associate at Southern Illinois Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
